Halloween

Every now and again, I run across a Halloween decoration that makes me smile and then rethink my whole lukewarm stance when it comes to Halloween and its accompanying decorations:

This one made me laugh.

The cat may be a little faded, but it sure is happy, and it's playing with an upbeat, peppy pumpkin. If it were me, I'd keep putting it out every year, too.

And then there are always cute little homemade Halloween horrors.

Of course, I think Halloween can only be properly appreciated as a celebration of spiders in all their glory. Once people have that sorted out, we can celebrate in style!
