Rain in Huntington Beach Central Park

The rain suits Huntington Beach Central Park, too.  It's a little hard on some of the trees, though. I hope we do not lose too many.

There is even a little waterfall.

Talbert Lake is huge, bigger than I've ever seen it.

Cute, fluffy, innocent clouds.
More of Talbert Lake, and the darker side of the rainfall

I don't think we'll have this one for long.

The Picture I Didn't Get

Wednesday.

It's pouring rain.

A little girl of around three is standing next to the chocolate shop. Her curly red hair is plastered to her head.

She is dripping wet.

In each hand she holds a chocolate covered strawberry almost as big as her hand.

On her face is a look of pure joy.

Disneyland in the rain

It had been an almost unprecedented 20 days since I last visited Disneyland, so on Friday I went.

Although it was quite wet, the threatened storm never happened; there was only enough rain to make rainbows.

Happy Thanksgiving Everyone

The breakfast cinnamon rolls have been baked and eaten (This year's were the best yet, if I do say so myself)

The turkey is in the oven (Stuffed with herbs from our garden, and garlic from elsewhere)

The dog is almost-but-not-quite in the kitchen (Where she is not allowed, but the smells are so good)

The birthday cake is ready.

The birthday present made and wrapped (Just in the nick of time)

Rain clouds are dark in the sky (We badly need more rain)

Happy Thanksgiving!
