Wildlife at the Dominguez Gap Wetlands

Spring has sprung! Not that the wetlands were ever anything like vacant, but they're all enjoying the sunshine & the warmth now.

    I love that hummingbird! So pretty! What sort is it?

    We are still buried under two feet of snow here. Another big storm yesterday. Really pretty to look at -- from inside.

      I think it's a rufus hummingbird, but I'm not really sure (and sorry for taking so long to answer--hope your snow is gone by now).
