I posted my usual question on bugguide.net & so far I've gotten one fairly firm guess that it is a "female Neon Skimmer - Libellula croceipennis." So now I want to know, among other things, how does one tell the difference between a male and a female dragonfly?
This beauty came and sat on my aloe out front for a long time.
