These Are the Creatures in My Neighborhood: Bolsa Chica Birds






A cormorant tending its wings in the evening at Bolsa Chica. I think it's a Double Crested Cormorant.

    I like cormorants. They look funny when they go fishing.

    They're fun. I love the way they have to dry their wings, unlike any of the other water birds.
